All third-party names, trademarks, product names, and platform references are used solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes. All rights in those names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You acknowledge that third-party websites and job platforms maintain their own rules, terms, technical restrictions, and anti-automation policies, and those rules may change at any time without notice.

You are solely responsible for:
- all information entered into the Services,

7. Automation and Third-Party Platform Risk
The Services may automate parts of a job application workflow, including field entry, page progression, uploads, and in some cases submission-related actions. Automation can fail or behave unexpectedly because of website changes, hidden fields, conditional logic, unsupported workflows, anti-bot protections, rate limits, captchas, browser conflicts, account state differences, or other technical factors.

10. Subscription Plans, Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation
JobJet offers free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other amounts due.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions renew automatically,
- fees are billed in advance, and
- cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel or refund the current billing period.
We may change pricing, features, plan limits, credits, and subscription structure at any time. If required by law, we will provide notice before material pricing changes take effect for your next renewal.
11. Refunds and Chargebacks
Except where required by law, subscription fees and other paid amounts are generally non-refundable.

Some features may be labeled as beta, preview, experimental, or early access, or may otherwise be subject to rapid iteration. Such features may be incomplete, unstable, or discontinued at any time without notice. JobJet does not guarantee continued availability of any feature, integration, supported website, workflow, or pricing tier.
16. Service Availability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with all job platforms or workflows, successful operation on all browsers or devices, or error-free automation.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, retire, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time for maintenance, product changes, legal compliance, security, vendor dependency changes, or business reasons.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, performance, compatibility, or data accuracy.

- fees are billed in advance,
- and cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel or refund the current billing period.
We may change pricing, features, plan limits, credits, and subscription structure at any time. If required by law, we will provide notice before material pricing changes take effect for your next renewal.
11. Refunds and Chargebacks
Except where required by law, subscription fees and other paid amounts are generally non-refundable.
Your notes state that refunds are generally not offered, but may be granted at your discretion in limited circumstances such as immediate post-purchase cancellation, billing mistakes, or unusual cases where a refund is appropriate.
Accordingly, JobJet may, in its sole discretion, issue full or partial refunds in limited situations, including:
- duplicate billing,
- clear technical or billing error,
- immediate or near-immediate cancellation after purchase,
- or other exceptional circumstances.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate paid access while the dispute is unresolved, and we may restrict future use of paid features.
