Refund Policy
JobJet Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which JobJet Inc. (“JobJet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may issue refunds for paid subscriptions to the JobJet service.
This policy applies to purchases made through the JobJet website, dashboard, or any other official payment channel used by JobJet.
1. General Policy
JobJet subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
Because the JobJet platform provides immediate access to software features, automation tools, and AI-powered functionality, payments for subscription plans are normally final once the billing period begins.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Subscription Billing
JobJet currently offers both free and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions:
- are billed monthly (unless otherwise specified)
- renew automatically
- remain active until canceled by the user.
When you cancel a subscription:
- the cancellation stops future billing
- your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period
- no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law or approved at our discretion.
3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Although refunds are generally not provided, JobJet may issue refunds at our sole discretion in certain circumstances.
Examples include:
- A. Immediate Cancellation After Purchase
- If a user subscribes and cancels shortly afterward (for example within a few hours of purchase) and has not meaningfully used the service.
- B. Accidental Purchase
- If a purchase was clearly accidental and the user contacts us promptly.
- C. Billing Error
- If a user was charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing mistake.
- D. Continued Billing After Valid Cancellation
- If a user canceled properly but continued to be charged due to a system error.
- E. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where we determine that issuing a refund is fair and reasonable.
Refund decisions are made case-by-case.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are generally not issued in the following situations:
- The user forgot to cancel their subscription.
- The user did not use the service during the billing period.
- The user misunderstood how the product works.
- The user no longer needs the service.
- The user is unhappy with employer responses or job outcomes.
- The user expected guaranteed job offers or interviews.
- The user attempted to bypass usage limits or abuse the system.
JobJet is a software tool designed to assist with job applications and does not guarantee employment results, so lack of job offers or interviews is not grounds for a refund.
5. Abuse Prevention
To prevent abuse of the refund system, JobJet reserves the right to deny refunds if we determine that:
- a user repeatedly purchases and requests refunds,
- the service was used extensively before requesting a refund,
- the request appears fraudulent or abusive,
- or the user violated our Terms of Service.
Accounts associated with refund abuse may be restricted or terminated.
6. Chargebacks
If a user initiates a payment chargeback or dispute through their bank or payment provider:
- JobJet may immediately suspend or terminate the associated account.
- Access to paid features may be revoked.
- Future purchases may be restricted.
We strongly encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
7. Payment Processing
All payments for JobJet subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
JobJet does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

- the email associated with your JobJet account
- the date of purchase
- the reason for the request
We may request additional information to verify the request.
Refund decisions are typically made within 5–10 business days.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of JobJet after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
