• Autofilling incorrect information into job applications
• Submitting incomplete applications
• Uploading the wrong document or file
• Failing to detect required form fields
• Entering incorrect answers into screening questions
• Missing job-specific requirements or employer instructions
• Applying to unintended roles, companies, or job locations
• Formatting errors or data misplacement

User Responsibility

By using Job Jet, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing all information before submitting any job application.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your resume, personal details, and responses are accurate.
• You are responsible for verifying that the correct files (resume, cover letter, portfolio, etc.) are uploaded.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the job posting requirements and employer instructions.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any application submitted using Job Jet reflects your intent.

No Guarantees

Job Jet does not guarantee:

• That any application will be successfully submitted
• That any employer will receive, review, or respond to an application
• That you will receive interviews, offers, or employment
• That job listings are valid, active, accurate, or up-to-date
• That your use of Job Jet will comply with the rules of any job board or third-party platform

Third-Party Platforms

Job Jet interacts with third-party websites and services (including but not limited to job boards, employer portals, and applicant tracking systems). We do not control and are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party websites that affect functionality
• Submission failures caused by third-party systems
• Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by third parties
• Terms of service violations imposed by third-party platforms

Use of Job Jet may be subject to the policies and terms of those third-party services, and you agree that you are responsible for understanding and complying with them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Jet and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Errors in job application submissions
• Incorrect autofill data
• Missed deadlines or missed opportunities
• Loss of employment opportunities
• Rejection or disqualification from job applications
• Data entry errors or mis-submissions
• Account bans or restrictions by third-party platforms
• Any damages resulting from reliance on the software’s output

Your use of Job Jet is entirely at your own risk.
